Veckans träning
2019-10-07 @ 11:35:12// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - Back, Fri - Rest, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Legs & butt. This weeks best gym sessions? The weekend! Due to the best work out company. A session with Vik & Jane at Saturday, and legs with my love at Sunday. A lot of laughs during the session with Vik & Jane, and maybe a little to long rest in between the sets, but hey, that kind of workouts are fun sometimes, right? :)
