// Mon - Shoulders & abs, Tue - Rest, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Back & biceps, Fri - Chest & shoulders, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Rest. An alright week, with alright gym sessions. I was supposed to work out at Sunday, but the time ran away. Such ashame to miss out on a weekend-workout, those are always with my boyfriend - my favorite sessions.

A week with great sessions, and some less great (due to lack of time). But overall a good week! Next week will hopefully be full of motivation after this weekend visit at fitnessfestivalen!

// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Chest & triceps, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. A lot of rest days 'cause of the minor operation in the beginning of the week. Recomendations are that you should avoid intense workouts about 2-3 weeks after the operation. I've managed some easier work outs for upper body. Next week it time for legs again!
