// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - 20min treadmill intervals, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. Quite few gym sessions, but still a great week! Good workouts, good workout company, I've felt strong and my motivation has been on top! I spended my weekend in Shlm with my love where we ate lots of delicious food and drank lots of sparkling wine. A great end to this week!

Every single session has been really good, how often does that happen? Wonderful! This week I had a session of high intensity interval training on the treadmill. So tough, but at the same time quite pleasant? (can't belive I'm saying that! haha).
