// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Shoulders & abs, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - 4,6km run / PW, Sat - Back (deadlift session), Sun - Rest. Running? What is this? Me, who hates cardio? I need to work on that, maybe if I keep it up I can start enjoy it? Probably not, but, ey, let's give it a try ;)
