Veckans träning

Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Rest, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Rest, Sun - Legs & butt. I miss my deadlift sessions! Such a great excersise. I don't even remember why I stopped with those sessions only dedicated to deadlifts?

// Mon - back & biceps, Tue - 6,7km PW, Wed - Rest, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Chest & triceps, Sun - Legs & butt. I've had limited time for basically all my workouts this week. Not the most qualitative sessions, but I'll have more time for better planning and workouts again next week!
