Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Shoulders & abs, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Rest, Sat - 4,6 km running / PW, Sun - Legs & butt. A pretty chill week. We took it easy during easter, my love has caught a cold and I've felt a bit under the weather during the weekend as well. The gym sessions in the beginning of the week felt really good though!

You can tell I don't like cardio since I always seem to put it last day of the week all the time, haha. But as long as it gets done! A bit short recovery period between the leg sessions when I see it like this.
