// Mon - Back & bicpes, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - Rest, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Legs & butt. A really good week with great feeling. I've felt strong and energic, even during the workouts when I felt tired before the gym. Love it!
