I got energy from the sun that was shining all day, so I decided to take a PW (mixed with some running). Great feeling!

I've felt weak this week, and still a bit sore in my back since all the carrying from the move to our new apartment. I took a massage this sunday, that will hopefully make things a little bit better with my back pain.
