I was supposed to work out at Sunday, but the time ran away. Such ashame to miss out on a weekend-workout, those are always with my boyfriend - my favorite sessions.

Recomendations are that you should avoid intense workouts about 2-3 weeks after the operation. I've managed some easier work outs for upper body. Next week it time for legs again!
