// Mon - chest & triceps Tue - Back Wed - Legs Thu - Shoulders and abs Fri - Deadlifts Sat - 3km running Sun - Legs. What's happening?! Me, running?! It wasn't a long run, but I did it! And me doing cardio whatsoever is huge, haha.
