// Mon - Legs & butt, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Chest & tricpes, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest (sick), Sat - Rest (sick), Sun - Rest (sick). I've been feeling a bit under the weather during the weekend. This is the second time (in a short period of time) I've got a fever. I don't like the autumn, haha. I hope I'm done being sick for this autumn now...
