Veckans träning

// Mon - Legs & butt, Tue - Rest, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Rest, Sun - Shoulders & abs. Back to routines - first week at work after out vacation! I haven't feel that well this week, a bit low and under the weather. I hope I don't catch a cold! Back on track next week for real, I hope.
