Veckans träning
2017-04-24 @ 19:35:00// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Shoulders & abs, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. The week started great, but then I woke at friday with a sore throat. In the weekend I got cough as well. Scary similar to the feeling when I got pneumonia last year. I really hope not... Sigh.. I just want to get well now!
