Veckans träning.
2016-05-23 @ 18:00:53// Mon - Legs, Tue - Rest (sick), Wed - Rest (sick), Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Back (deadlift session), Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Rest (due to stiff neck). First stomachflu and then no workout due to a stiff neck that hurts like hell. What is this?! Not a good gym-week, that's for sure. I hope my neck gets better really soon, so I there'll be more sessions this coming week..!
