// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Shoulders & abs, Thu - Rest, Fri - Back & biceps, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Rest. I've had troubles with recovering after my leg sessions lately. I really don't get why? I haven't changed anything special about the work outs.. hmm. I managed to get at least one leg session done this week.
