// Mon - Workout B, Tue - Rest, Wed - Workout A, Thu - Bike 30 (interval hill workout) + mountainbike, Fri - Bodypump, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Workout A. A good week with some spontaneous workouts. Bike workouts and bodypum instead of workout B.
