// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Rest, Fri - Rest, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Rest. I felt a bit under the weather in the middle of the week. I took two restdays to be sure that a cold wouldn't break out. And some party during the weekend, so restday the sunday as well! But, the four workouts I did was great tho'!
