Veckans träning
2019-03-25 @ 21:23:25// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - 40min stairmaster, Fri - Rest, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Squats & deadlift. I love how good my training feels right now! The weights (and my body weight) keep increasing and it feels great! During this week's chest session I pressed up 50kg benchpress again, how nice? It hasn't happened since my breast surgery!
