Veckans träning

// Mon - Squats & deadlifts, tue - Back & biceps, wed - Focus butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Rest, Sat- Rest, Sun - Rest. I felt a little bit under the weather during my chest session. The day after I got a fever, but got well as fast. Tired and feeling a bit chilly, but I went out with some friends for a night out anyways. Not my best decision. Fingers crossed that I didn't make it worse and that I'll keep well, ok?
