Veckans träning
2019-01-14 @ 21:39:55// Mon - rest (sick), Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Rest, Thu - 40min stairmaster, Fri - Chest & triceps, Sat - Squats & deadlifts, Sun - Shoulders & abs. All well again after my cold, so back in the gym. Yay! I got a taste of my new "workout program" this week. I'm trying to get some more cardio in, as well as heavier workouts with only compound excerises such as squats and deadlifts.
