Veckans träning

// Mon - Squats & deadlifts, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Restm Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Rest. How hard could it be just getting some cardio done? It would have been perfect at some of my two restdays this week. Well, well. I have to promise myself to do soem cardio next week. Period.
