Veckans träning
2019-02-18 @ 22:39:00// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - 20min treadmill intervals, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. Quite few gym sessions, but still a great week! Good workouts, good workout company, I've felt strong and my motivation has been on top! I spended my weekend in Shlm with my love where we ate lots of delicious food and drank lots of sparkling wine. A great end to this week!
