// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. A really good week. I've felt strong, motivated and had great workout company. We were at fitnessfestivalen during the weekend, and therefore restdays.
