Veckans träning

// Mon - legs & butt, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Focus butt, Thu - Rest, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Squats & deadlifts, Sun - 7,8km PW / jog. A much better week than the last one, a lote more energy! Three leg sessions in with different focus. During the long weekend (easter) a got really good workouts together with my love.
