A week that started a bit low, but ended with really great sessions. New goals - heavier! Both weights in the gym and my own weight. I want to get stronger again (lost muscle mass and strength) and want to gain a couple of kilos in weight. Increased intake, focus and clear goals over a longer period will take care of that.
