// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Shoulders & abs, Thu - Rest, Fri - back & biceps, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Back & biceps. THREE back sessions? Really? Damn... talk about messing up my schedule completely. And I was wondering why I felt so tired during sunday's session? Haha... confused week to say at least.
