// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Legs & butt. Short rest between the leg sessions, other than that a good week. Next (this) week it's the start of our vacation. Probably less but longer workouts.
