// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Rest. The best workout this week was the back session, but also the shoulders session. I had company on both these workout. In other words - I should work out with friends more often! Sunday was restday due to a night out with one drink too much, hehe. Oupsie.
