Veckans träning

// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Rest, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Rest, Sun - Legs & butt.  I've been feeling a bit worn in my shoulders this week, so I've taking it a little bit easier in the gym and made sure to warm up extra carefully before my workouts.
