Veckans träning

// Mon - back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Chest & triceps, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - rest, Sat- rest, Sun - Legs & butt. A good week with lots of energi. Despite the weekend. I wasn’t on top either on friday or saturday. At sunday evening I started to feel better, so I went to the gym - and it actually turned out in a really good leg session!
