2018-02-12 @ 20:51:08// Mon - Chest & triceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Deadlift session, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Back & biceps, Sun - Rest. A week with great feeling during most of my sessions. I finally put a deadlift session in my work out week, it was about 8 months since the last time. Way to long time!
