Veckans träning
2018-12-17 @ 22:12:00Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Rest, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Rest, Sat - Shoulders, Sun - Rest. Just four gym sessions due to lack of time. I have a full schedule next week as well, but hopefully I'll manage to squeeze at least one more session in.

Ändå jättebra jobbat med 4 pass! Jag har haft problem med att ens hinna klämma in 2 den senaste månaden :/
