// Mon - Rest, Tue - Rest, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Chest & triceps, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. Pretty few gym sessions, but instead a week with lots of days at the beach and parties. So much fun!
