Veckans träning
2018-04-02 @ 20:32:45// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu Back & biceps, Fri - Rest, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Shoulders & abs. I've felt weak this week, and still a bit sore in my back since all the carrying from the move to our new apartment. I took a massage this sunday, that will hopefully make things a little bit better with my back pain.
