// Mon - Rest, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Legs & butt, Fri - Shoulders, Sat - 5km pw, Sun - Legs, butt & abs. What is this? Cardio? Long time no see, until this saturday. I got energy from the sun that was shining all day, so I decided to take a PW (mixed with some running). Great feeling!
