// Mon - Legs & butt, Tue - Rest, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Chest & triceps, Sun - Rest. A good week with lots of energy! That cold I felt sneaking up on me last week didn't break out, thank you body for handling that perfectly!
