Veckans träning

// Mon - back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Rest, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Chest & triceps. At friday, I started to get a sore throat, I took every preventive means one can imagine - rest, sleep, cold-meds and home cures, haha. And guess what - I managed to get rid of it! A good week, apart from these cold symptoms.
