// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Rest. One more restday than I first had planned due to cold symptoms like a sore throat. My fiance has been home with a cold, and I've tried my best not to catch a cold as well. I think that extra restday solved the problem.
