2017-11-20 @ 21:22:05// Mon - Back & Biceps, Tue - Rest (a cold), Wed - Rest (a cold), Thu - Rest (a cold), Fri - Shoulders & abs, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Chest & triceps. I didn't get rid of that stubborn cold I catched last week (I thought sundays restday fixed it, but nope). After my back session at monday I started to get a really sore throat that just got worse. So, three more rest days before I could get back in the gym as normal.
