Mon - Rest, Tue - Back & biceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Shoulders & abs. // First week in the gym after last weeks cold. You always feel so weak after being sick, but despite that fact a pretty good week! Fantastic being back on track!
