// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Chest & triceps, Thu - Rest, Fri - Deadlift session, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Legs & butt. A good week with good sessions. I finally put a deadlift session in my schedule again, I’ve been slacking with these some weeks now. Not good at all, deadlifts are a great exercise, and to dedicate a whole gym session with those are sweaty I’ll tell you, haha! Next week there’ll be no gym at all, a whole week in Cyprus awaits.
