Veckans träning
2017-01-30 @ 19:44:14// Mon - Back (deadlift session), Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Back & biceps, Fri - Rest, Sat - Shoulders & abs, Sun - Legs & butt. A good week with good gym sessions! I was still sore from mondays deadlift session when it was time for legs two days later at wednesday. But it was doable, with some stubbornness!
