Veckans träning

// Mon - Legs & butt, Tue - Chest & triceps, Wed - Back & biceps, Thu - Rest, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Rest, Sun - Shoulders & abs. I think I've become lazy... Nah, just kiddning, but seriously, It has been at least two restdays per week a couple of weeks in a road now. It sure was good gym sessions this week, but I could've had gone to the gym saturday for a deadlift session. Both the time and energy was there, actually.
