// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Chest & triceps, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Back (deadlift session). First workout week of 2017! An decent week, for a perfect week I would've wanted to see a leg session at friday. I had really low energy that day tho, and listen to your body always comes first.
