// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Chest & triceps, Thu - Back (deadlift session), Fri - Rest, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. // I spended my friday in Malmö, saturday at my friends 25 years birthday party and sunday in Stockholm to compete at Puppy of the Year with Vicki. Next week I'll able to focus more on the gym again!
