// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Chest & triceps, Fri - Rest, Sat - Back & biceps, Sun - Legs & butt. A week with great sessions, and some less great (due to lack of time). But overall a good week! Next week will hopefully be full of motivation after this weekend visit at fitnessfestivalen!
