// Mon - Shoulders & abs, Tue - Rest, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Back & biceps, Fri - Chest & shoulders, Sat - Legs & butt, Sun - Rest. An alright week, with alright gym sessions. I was supposed to work out at Sunday, but the time ran away. Such ashame to miss out on a weekend-workout, those are always with my boyfriend - my favorite sessions.
