// Mon - back & biceps, Tue - Legs & butt, Wed - Shoulders & abs, Thu - Rest, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Rest, Sun - Rest. Calm start of the first week after our vacation in Italy, three restdays! My muscles have been sore all week long tho, haha. I've noticed my two week absence from the gym, but now - back on track!
