// Mon - Back & biceps, Tue - Rest, Wed - Legs & butt, Thu - Shoulders & abs, Fri - Legs & butt, Sat - Rest, Sun - 4,6km run / PW. You can tell I don't like cardio since I always seem to put it last day of the week all the time, haha. But as long as it gets done! A bit short recovery period between the leg sessions when I see it like this.
