2017-04-10 @ 21:13:28// Mon - Legs & butt, Tue - Shoulders & abs, Wed - Crossfit at blog event, Thu - Rest, Fri - Back & biceps, Sat - 4,6km run / PW, Sun - Legs & butt. It's so much fun to try some crossfit, it was light weights but I was so sore the day after!
